Cath Lab Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cath Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac catheterization and be a proactive team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures and assist the medical team as needed.
• Ensure all modules and procedures are prioritized and completed on time.
• Participate in patient care and monitor patients during procedures.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain a high standard of care.
• Float to other departments or locations as required to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience as a Cath Lab Technician; 2 years preferred.
• Certification or registration as a Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) is preferred.
• AHA ACLS and BLS certifications required; RCIS certification preferred.
• Must be nicotine-free and provide a negative 10-panel drug test.

Schedule and Requirements

The Cath Lab Technician will work a day shift of 4 ten-hour days, from 07:00 to 17:30. Weekend requirements can be discussed with management.

Call duty is required as per department needs. All requests for time off must be submitted upfront.
