The position requires a minimum of one year of experience with cardiac cases and offers day shifts plus call duties.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days, 4 x 10 hours shifts per week, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; at least 1 year of experience with cardiac cases, EMR using Merge and Cerner, and experience with Philip X-ray machines and hemodynamic monitoring.
  • Preferred Qualifications: IR (Interventional Radiology) experience.
  • Additional Information: Unit notes specify a radius rule of 50 miles with restrictions on previous employment with associated facilities. Candidates are responsible for controlling the C-arm during cases, assisting physicians, and patient prep. The work involves full call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an average call response time of 30 minutes. Orientation includes 1-2 days of general orientation plus 2 days of unit-specific training. Cancellation policy allows up to four shifts cancellation within a 13-week assignment.
