Cath Lab Technologist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cardiovascular technology and will be responsible for assisting with catheterizations and other procedures within the cath lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during catheterization procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the cath lab equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities.
- Maintain and adhere to sterile techniques and protocols.
- Document and maintain accurate records of procedures.
- Participate in regular training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
- Current certification in cardiovascular technology.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and related technologies.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule
Cath Lab Technologists are expected to work every other weekend and holidays as part of the team rotation.

Hudson, FL
Parking
Parking is available in designated areas, except the ER parking.
Scrub Color
Khaki scrubs are required for this position.
Additional Information
The facility has a bed capacity of 309 and operates as a Level II Trauma Center.
