Former RWJBH employees (FT or PRN) must be separated from the system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler.
License/Certifications
:
Active NJ or Compact license required for nursing.
Locals accepted at the same rate.
Open/active BG hits and/or License Hits NOT accepted.
Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before clinician can re-submit.
Modules
:
Modules are non-billable, 4 hours of EPIC training and up to 18 hours of additional hours
RN: average 18 hours of non-billable modules
Allied: average 1 hour of non-billable modules
Modules are completed pre-start, and annually
Modules are recorded by transcripts for onsite specific modules. RWJBH annuals, Baxter pump, and signed attestations are self-reported, and EPIC training is facility reported
