Day Shift: 4x10 Hours (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM) with every third weekend required.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab environment. The ideal candidate will perform a range of cardiac procedures and assist in providing high-quality patient care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac interventions.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Monitor patients during procedures using hemodynamic and ECG assessments.
- Assist in various special procedures including stent placements and valve replacements.
- Maintain a sterile field and assist physicians during procedures.
- Follow safety and infection control protocols, including the use of PPE.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 2 years minimum experience in a Cath Lab setting required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- RCIS, ARRT, or RTR certification required.
- Experience with cardiac procedures including PCI, IABP, and ECMO preferred.
- Active MD or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
