Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,228 per week in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Card Cath Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: BLS, ACLS Certifications: CCI-RCIS or ARRT Must-Have: - Basic EKG Interpretation (must pass facility EKG test) - Sterile Technique - Hemodynamic Monitoring - Fluoroscopy with C-arm and table and image processing - EPIC electronic health record - Ability to assist the physician during percutaneous procedures (cardiac and vascular) in a sterile environment - Ability to learn and operate various equipment and products required for percutaneous cardiac and vascular procedures Description: ASAP start. On-call is required 1-2 days a week and includes rotating weekend call every 3-4 weeks depending on staffing.

Daily duties will include working in the Cath Lab and possibly in the OR. The Cath Lab schedule is from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The OR schedule is from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call is required 1-2 days a week and includes rotating weekend call every 3-4 weeks depending on staffing. A dress code of burgundy scrubs is required. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in a professional setting.
