Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: ACLS, ARRT-R, BLS required Must-Have: Travel experience preferred; first-time travelers will be screened Description: Cath Lab Tech position for 4x10 Days. Candidates should submit their application as soon as possible. ACLS, ARRT-R, and BLS certifications are required. This position includes 2-3 weeknight on-calls per month and 1 weekend on-call per month. Travel experience is preferred, but first-time travelers will be considered. Locals are not accepted; candidates must be located more than 100 miles from the facility. Pending licenses are accepted, but if the license is not in hand at the time of submission, the traveler will be booked six weeks out. Scrubs will be provided by the facility. This is a nicotine-free facility. Travelers may need to obtain a parking permit, which typically costs around $55 per month, or they can use daily rate parking. The facility is known for providing care to some of the most complex patients and is associated with a leading institution in research and education. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively with a team of experts. Core skills required include 3D imaging, accurate monitoring, cardiac procedures, and hemodynamic monitoring. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a sterile field, equipment setup, and patient assessments. This position supports a team-oriented approach to patient care and emphasizes high-quality service.
