There are 22 staff members, including RNs and Techs. Day Shift staffing includes 1 Charge RN, a Director, and 4 staff members per room, totaling 16 per shift. The Night Shift team consists of an on-call team with 3 members each call, totaling 7. The patient ratio is 1:1. All equipment in the unit is GE. The Electronic Medical Records system used is Meditech and MacLab. Typical procedures performed in the unit include: - Cardiac Cath - Cerebral angiograms - Stents - Balloons - ENT Lab - Scrubbing The best personality fit for this role is a team player.
