Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech

• Perform cardiac catheterizations and cerebella angiograms
• Assist with stenting and balloon procedures
• Operate ENT lab equipment and perform scrubbing duties
• Maintain patient documentation using Meditech and MacLab systems

Requirements of the Cath Lab Tech

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Experience in neuro procedures
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credential
