Unit Information:
Number of Beds: 4 rooms, 1 patient per room.
Number of Staff: 22 staff members consisting of RNs and Techs.
Type of Staff:
Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, Director, and 4 staff members per room, totaling 16 staff per shift.
Night Shift: On-call team with 3 on each call team, totaling 7 staff.
Patient Ratios: 1:1.
Type of Equipment: All GE rooms.
EMR: Meditech and MacLab.
Typical Hiring Profile:
Skill Set Most Recruited For: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters.
Must Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS, ACLS, ARRT required.
Must be competent in Special Procedures and GE Innova.
Preferred Skills: Candidates with RCIS certification will be considered first.
Typical Procedures Performed:
Cardiac Catheterizations, Cerebral Angiograms, Stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, Scrubbing.

On-call is frequent; must be flexible and adapt to the needs of the unit.
Dress Code:
Red and gray scrubs in the Cath and EP Labs are acceptable.
Unit scrubs may also be used.

Certified primary stroke center and specializing in various surgical programs including Open Heart.
Offers a 24-hour adult and pediatric ER, orthopedics, robotics, women's services, and rehabilitation.
