Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring 2 years of cath lab experience and an active MI license.

Details

  • Cath Lab - IR unit in a hospital setting
  • Adult-geriatric patient population at a Level II trauma facility
  • Uses Paragon EMR
  • Day shift scheduling with shifts available as five 8s, four 10s, or a combination of 8s and 12s between 630am-7pm
  • On-call requirement of 7-11 days with one full weekend per month
  • 13-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active MI RN license required at time of submission
  • Compact license not accepted
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
  • Previous travel experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing practice standards
  • Follow medical center policies and regulatory guidelines for care delivery
  • Hospital-provided procedural scrubs required, with no outside clothing such as sweatshirts or long sleeve shirts permitted in the procedure room
  • No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested during the assignment
  • Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers
