Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Olympia Fields, IL 60461

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Olympia Fields, Illinois

Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation every 2-3rd weekend and 1-3 times per week. 90-day assignment with two positions available.

Highlights:

• Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations throughout cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with rapid response to patient status changes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, providing continuous updates and communication regarding patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, ensuring all equipment is properly functioning, calibrated, and ready for use
• Support quality initiatives and participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities
• Provide holistic patient support, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs in a procedural environment

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Registered Nursing (RN) license required
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care setting required
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification required upon hire and must maintain current status
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
