Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cath Lab position requiring 2+ years of coronary and peripheral angiography experience and scrub proficiency.

Details

• Work in the Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM-5:30 PM), with slight variation possible
• Call required 2 days per week and 2 weekends per month (Friday-Sunday), with opportunity for more
• May float to different units as needed
• Uses specialized devices including Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Rotablator, Diamondback, temporary pacing, and IVUS

Requirements

• Active RN license (MO state or compact) required at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required, no exceptions
• Required experience with coronary and peripheral angiography
• Scrub experience required with comfort in scrubbing procedures
• Familiarity with lab equipment required for first-time travelers to be considered

Additional Information

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Unable to accommodate week-long RTO requests around holidays
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• First-time travelers accepted only if they meet experience and equipment familiarity requirements
• Two professional references required for consideration
