Job Details:
**Experience and Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified - Years of Experience: 3 years required - Travel Experience: Not required - 18 months experience required; exceptions may apply depending on the unit **Certifications:** - ACLS certification **Skills:** - Circulate Procedures - Monitoring Procedural Sedation - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring **License and Submittal Details:** - License must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted - SSN and DOB required at time of submittal - Two supervisor references required - Travelers' university must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation **Local and Floating Rules:** - IN residents considered local and will be offered the in-state rate at lower bill rate - All travelers must float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals **Additional Requirements:** - Call Required: 10-11 total days/month, including weekends - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required - Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only
