Job Details:
**Cath Lab RN Job Requirements and Qualifications** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years RN experience; 1-year minimum competency in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention, including Structural. - **Leadership Experience:** Preferred previous charge experience. - **Clinical Experience:** Preferred experience in community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I or II. - **Travel Experience:** Required. - **Licensure:** WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission. - **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, (PALS if required by the unit) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA). - **Skills and Special Requirements:** Competency in circulator in the lab, moderate sedation, assessment, medications, pre and post-op. - **References:** Minimum of 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required. - **Charting System:** Preferred experience with Cerner. - **Floating:** Not required, but may float within the scope to meet facility needs if needed.
