Job Details:

  • 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience
  • Care coordination experience
  • Previous travel experience is required
  • Active California RN license required
  • Pending CA license may be accepted, but the license must be active by the start date
  • Must be willing to float to the Laguna facility
  • Variable 5-day workweek, with department operations 7 days per week
  • Days off may vary and are not guaranteed to be consecutive
