Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of acute-care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience.
Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers may be considered.
Recent experience in an acute-care hospital setting as a Case Manager is mandatory.
Epic experience is a hard-stop requirement.
Experience with InterQual criteria is mandatory.
Knowledge of care coordination, utilization review, admission criteria, and discharge planning.
Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations.
