Weekend Requirement: Variable; days off are not guaranteed to be consecutive, though every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible

Scrub/Attire: Turquoise or Business Casual
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Care Manager / Case Manager with strong acute-care experience in care coordination and case management. The ideal candidate will have recent acute medical Care Manager experience, Epic EMR proficiency, and prior travel nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License required
- Pending CA license may be accepted, but candidate must be licensed by start date
- Minimum 2 years of acute-care Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination
- Recent experience required — must be within the last 3 months
- Travel nursing experience required – HARDSTOP
- First-time travelers NOT accepted
- Epic EMR experience required
- Strong acute hospital Case Management / Utilization Review experience
