HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management Manager for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Travel RN – Case Manager
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Shift: Days | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
⏰ Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience and 1 year of Case Management experience
- Active Oklahoma RN license required
- BLS required
- Epic experience required
- Discharge planning, care coordination, utilization review, and post-acute transition experience
- InterQual/MCG experience and CCM/ACM certification preferred
