Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Management – Everett, WA 98201
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Everett, Washington
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), 13-week assignment. Every other weekend required. Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period. Patient caseload of 25-30 patients.
Highlights:
- Work at a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across two campuses
- Comprehensive case management role focusing on discharge planning and care coordination across all hospital units
- Epic charting system with interdisciplinary support from social services
- Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Float between two campus locations less than 2 miles apart, gaining broad experience in Med Surg, LLOS, and Emergency Department settings
- Facility-paid parking and 30-40 hours of orientation provided
Requirements:
- Active Washington State RN license (Compact license accepted if converted; must be in hand at submission)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required
- Discharge planning and care coordination experience required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Strong preference for candidates with diverse case management experience in Med Surg, LLOS, or Emergency Department
- Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Willingness to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
