MUST-HAVE Requirements
- 2 years RN experience
- 1 year Case Manager experience
- Recent case/resource management experience recommended
- BLS certification
- Active RN license (pending license NOT accepted)
- Epic charting experience required
- Address more than 75 miles from the facility
- Current driver’s license/state ID + matching utility bill (within the last 3 months)
- 2 supervisory references
- Willing to float to other areas/facilities within 75 miles
- No license hits
- No more than 5 days RTO
- No holiday RTO
- No block scheduling requests
- Explain all employment gaps of 3+ months
- Must have 1-year separation if previously employed by Integris
