Description

American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN with 2+ years of case management experience for a 13-week evening shift assignment requiring FL or compact RN licensure.

• Care Management unit setting
• 12-hour evening shifts, 3 shifts per week (11A-11:30P)
• Deferred schedule type
• Floating to sister campuses required, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license with Nursys verification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
• Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred
• Degree accreditation documentation required
• Driver's license address must match address on file with Board of Nursing

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility and not own or cosign property within that radius
• Must secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the region
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of application, as facility will not approve additional RTO after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit to the facility for badge/ID
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation
• Candidates are expected to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
• Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a manager final interview
