Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Burbank, CA 91505

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Burbank, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Patient caseload up to 25. Weekend requirement is every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) with a weekday off. Typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to department needs.

Highlights:

• No floating required within the unit
• Experience with Epic charting system required

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (pending licenses accepted but must be active by start date)
• Minimum 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience performing care coordination and discharge planning
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with HMOs, IPAs, and computerized documentation
• Knowledge of admission criteria, medical necessity determination, discharge planning, and disease management
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines, DRG, CPT coding, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
