Description

American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN with utilization review and discharge planning experience for an acute care hospital setting, requiring EPIC EMR proficiency.

Details

  • Acute care setting serving Med/Surg and ICU units
  • Uses TruBridge - Evident EMR system
  • Day shift schedule of four 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with flexibility for the right candidate
  • Every other weekend preferred, every 4th weekend required

Requirements

  • Active OH or compact RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • 2+ years of utilization review and discharge planning experience required
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Previous experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH) or Community Hospital settings required

  • Serves as Case Manager coordinating care across Med/Surg and ICU units
