Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager with 2+ years of case management experience for an 8-hour day shift position requiring FL or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Case Management/Utilization Review department setting
• 8-hour day shift schedule, 0800-1630
• 5 shifts per week, 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• Floating required to sister campuses as needed, with travelers prioritized for floating
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license with Nursys verification required
• BLS certification required
• Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
• Degree accreditation documentation required on profile
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

Additional Information

• Perform case management and utilization review duties within a hospital setting
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility and may not own or co-sign property within that radius
• All requested time off must be submitted prior to start date, as facility will not approve RTO after offer
• Orientation begins on a Friday with remote components, and candidates must be in the area on Friday for badge/ID processing
• Strong emphasis on cultural fit, teamwork, and flexibility as travelers are expected to function as core staff
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation
