Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Eureka, California – Northern California coastal region

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), every other weekend required. Caseload of approximately 20 patients. May float between units based on departmental needs. No call required.

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital case management experience required
• Acute care case management experience must be current within the last year
• Experience with HMOs, IPAs, and managed care organizations
• Proficiency with advance directives, POLST, and protective services processes
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers considered with clinical approval
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
