Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week assignment requiring 2 years of experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Care Management unit within a hospital setting
• 815-bed facility with a 1:40 patient ratio
• Uses Cerner, NATE, and Ensocare (post-acute systems) for documentation
• Self-scheduling available
• Floating required where needed
• Shift hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
• 2 years of recent case management experience required
• Strong documentation and communication skills required
• Ability to shift attention between multiple tasks
• Ability to build trust with team, patients, and families
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
