Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a Care Management unit, requiring at least 1-2 years of relevant experience and a NC or compact RN license.

Details

  • Care Management unit within a large hospital setting
  • Patient ratio of approximately 1:40
  • Documentation systems: Cerner, NATE, and EnsoCare (post-acute systems)
  • Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Self-scheduling available
  • Floating required to other areas as needed

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NC or Compact)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent case management experience
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to shift attention effectively between multiple tasks
  • Ability to build trust with team members, patients, and families
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)

Additional Information

  • Work collaboratively with the RN Case Management team
  • Business attire required as the dress code
  • Supportive leadership and strong team collaboration
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
