- Typical Census- 180-230 including W&CH
- Number of Case Managers (currently)- 6 total
- 1 CM weekend option, F/Sa/Su, 7a-7p
- 4-5 CM M-F, 8a-4:30p
- Type of staff: See above
- Patient Ratios – 1:40 M-F
- Type of equipment – Laptops, cell phones
- EMR – MediTech; Midas

- Midas/InterQual use
- Licensed Masters

- Interviewing patients/families face-to-face
- MDRs on each unit, every day
- InterQual reviews on every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning

- Entire Hospital, including W&CH and ED
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color/Attire - Caribbean Blue scrubs/white jacket
