Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Care Coordinator for a 13-week acute care case management assignment requiring prior CA Dignity/CommonSpirit experience.

Details

  • Acute care setting in the Care Coordinator RN unit, focused on case management
  • Uses Cerner EMR
  • 8-hour day shifts, every other weekend
  • Scheduled as first to float
  • 40 hours per week guaranteed

Requirements

  • Active CA RN license required
  • BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Solid experience in Care Coordination required
  • Prior experience with CA Dignity Health/CommonSpirit facilities required

Additional Information

  • Coordinates patient care and supports case management functions within an acute care hospital setting
  • Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and Dignity, within the past year
  • PRN employment through outside staffing firms is acceptable
