We are seeking an experienced Cancer Registrar Coordinator for a 13-week contract assignment in West Palm Beach, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for a Cancer Registrar professional with strong experience in cancer registry operations, medical record review, and accurate collection and management of oncology data.

- Shift: Days, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Review medical records and identify cases that meet cancer registry criteria
- Abstract and maintain accurate cancer-related patient information
- Collect and organize clinical, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up data
- Ensure registry information is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Review pathology, diagnostic, and treatment documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams regarding cancer registry data
- Assist with maintaining cancer registry records and documentation
- Follow applicable cancer registry standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cancer Registrar experience
- Experience with cancer registry data abstraction and medical record review
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of oncology terminology and cancer documentation
- Ability to work independently and meet required deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be available for the full 13-week contract
