Cardiovascular Sonographer Profession: Cardiovascular Sonographer Specialty: - Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1+ years of echocardiogram experience; vascular sonography experience is a plus License: - Certifications: - BLS - One of the following is required: RDCS certified through ARDMS; RCS, ACS, and RCCS certified through CCI Must-Have: - Cardiovascular Technician Description: Demonstrates competence in delivering pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care, including patient assessment and emergency cardiac care. Compiles and enters data necessary for charge entry and prepares reports.

Monitors and records patient information and maintains report storage and data systems. Compiles and enters data necessary for charge entry and prepares reports. Responsible for retrieving stored information and reports from the automated storage system. Prepares procedure room and equipment for daily use. Responsible for timely and efficient room preparation between procedures.
