General Information

Number of Beds 6 holding bays and 2 cath lab procedure rooms (we turn bays quickly)
Number of Staff 13 total (FT- 2 CVT s, FT- 7 RN s, PT-1 RN, PRN- 1 CVT, 2 RNs)
Type of staff:
Day Shift M, T, W are our busiest days All FT staff work and PRN s if available, TH/F light
Shifts- We do 12 hour days or until we re finished. Some days can be long
Patient Ratios 4 man teams, RNs rotate through cath lab holding (pre-op/recovery)
Type of equipment Cath lab 1 Client equipment and Cath lab 2 is a Philips equipment
EMR Meditech / Merge
On Call Requirement Yes, running around 15 days in a 6-week time frame (self-scheduling)
Floating Requirement If short of hours and other departs need tasking, you can float to task if needed
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: Cath lab RN: circulator, scrub, preop/recovery. CV Xray Tech: Scrub / Xray Cath Lab Tech Certification
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
RN: experience in circulating and or scrubbing / monitoring /preop / recovery
CV Xray Tech: must be registered, able to Xray cath lab cases
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Nice to have RN and CV Xray Tech with scrub experience, pre-post procedure care experience
