Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Job Details:
• Night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
• Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
• Develop and implement care plans to attain patient outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care delivery
• Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care
• Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
• Provide health education and information to patients, families, and treatment team
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in field required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• EPIC experience required
• Holiday RTO will not be approved
• Required certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice, BLS (AHA or ARC)
