Job Summary
ICU Cardiovascular (ICU OH) Registered Nurse (RN) Night shift begins October 19, 2026, and ends January 18, 2027. This role involves providing specialized care for patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, including post-operative management of open heart cases on immediate post-op days. The ideal candidate must be skilled in handling complex cardiac cases in an acute care setting.

Job Details

  • Position Description: Seeking an ICU Cardiovascular RN with experience in post-operative cardiac care, including handling fresh open heart surgery cases on post-op day zero.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid licensure to submit, valid ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS, minimum of 2 years of experience, BSN degree is required.
  • Schedule: 3 shifts per week, nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM, minimum 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: Candidate must be able to take fresh open heart cases on post-op day zero. Experience in managing acute cardiac patients is essential. Charting system used is EPIC.
