Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Lake Havasu City. This position involves providing critical care to adult and geriatric patients at a community hospital with 171 beds. The role requires monitoring and managing patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, and Stroke, among others, in a fast-paced, Trauma Level III environment.

  • Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week, minimum of 36 hours
  • Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications; minimum 2 years of ICU experience, current California or relevant state license; at least 1 year of travel ICU experience preferred.
  • Responsibilities: Provide bedside patient care, manage critical conditions, operate advanced equipment such as Baxter pumps, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Additional Information: Orientation weekly. Unit has 16 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Equipment includes Baxter pumps, and the electronic health record (EHR) system is Medhost. COVID-19 vaccination is required.
