Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• 2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred
• 2 years of travel nursing experience preferred
• Telemetry monitoring experience, including strip interpretation and interval measurement
• Experience with cardiac drips and TR band care
• Comfortable floating between multiple units and adapting to changing patient needs
• Experience using EPIC preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive nursing care to telemetry and med/surg patients across several hospital units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips throughout the shift
• Administer and manage cardiac drips according to established protocols
• Support ED border patients, acute mental health patients, and transfer-ready ICU patients as assigned
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain high standards of patient care
• Document care accurately in the EPIC charting system
• Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while delivering excellent patient-centered care
