Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac/Telemetry unit with occasional floating to other Med-Surg areas including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
• Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry readings; telemetry competency assessment required on day one
• Accurately document patient care and clinical data using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality cardiac and medical-surgical nursing care
• No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Ohio or compact state eligibility
• Active BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Hospital experience required; submissions without hospital experience will not be considered
• Demonstrated proficiency in Epic EMR required and must be clearly documented; no refresher training or 1:1 assistance will be available
• Available start date of November 16, 2026 (unless returning traveler with recent experience at this facility within the past 9 months)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Stroke, Oncology, or Respiratory patient populations
• Familiarity with Observation and ED/Med-Surg boarder patient management
• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac or telemetry setting
