Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse in Seneca, SC. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on telemetry and cardiac care. We are seeking dedicated RNs with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for adult patients with conditions such as chest pain, acute coronary syndrome, cardiac arrhythmias, diabetes, syncope, and more.
• Monitor patients undergoing surgical procedures across various specialties including general surgery, otolaryngology, gynecology, orthopedics, cardiology, and urology.
• Perform cardiac and telemetry monitoring, pulse oximetry, and assist with special procedures such as thoracentesis and paracentesis.
• Administer continuous intravenous infusions and IV push medications according to established policies.
• Utilize medication systems such as Pyxis & Omnicell and documentation systems like EPIC.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in South Carolina.
• Certifications: ALS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• At least 1 year of experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing is required.
• First-time travelers will be considered based on experience.

This position requires weekend coverage every other week and may involve floating to other like units or facilities based on need.
