Registered Nurse Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience preferred
Strong medical-surgical and telemetry assessment skills
Ability to work overnight nursing shifts and maintain excellent clinical judgment
Comfort working in a team-based, resource pool environment
Completion of required health, compliance, and onboarding documentation prior to start

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
Monitor telemetry patients and recognize changes in condition promptly
Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and support treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
Document care accurately and maintain strong attention to detail
Support patient education, discharge preparation, and overall unit flow
Adapt to the needs of the resource pool while delivering reliable, patient-centered care
