**Exciting Opportunity for Med-Surg RN in Cardiac Care!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN - Med-Surg (Cost Center 609) - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Unit:** Cardiac Med-Surg - **Number of Beds:** 30 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:6 **Unit Highlights:** - Dynamic cardiac med-surg environment with a supportive team. - Utilize advanced telemetry technology including GE telemetry and Rover. - Equipped with portable WOWs and Welch-Allen VS machines for efficient care. - Self-scheduling to promote work-life balance. **Staffing and Support:** - 6 nurses per shift plus a Charge Nurse (CNC) for guidance. - Dedicated unit secretary on days and 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) per shift. - Rotation with other travel nurses for a diverse experience. **Essential Qualifications:** - **Required Certifications:** RN, BLS, ACLS, EKG/cardiac rhythm identification. - **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of med-surg nursing, cardiac medications, and drips. - **Skills:** Strong knowledge of cardiac care and telemetry. - **Documentation System:** Proficient with Meditech. **Scheduling Requirements:** - Complete three 12-hour shifts per week. - Includes 3-4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period. **Recognition:** - Outstanding employee satisfaction with multiple internal awards for the department. **Additional Perks:** - Access to advanced technology such as 12 lead EKG on unit. - A welcoming team dedicated to professional growth and staff wellbeing. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
