Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in an acute care setting. Responsible for scrub, monitor, and circulate during Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology procedures, including LHC, PCI, Impella, TAVR, Watchman, EP studies, Ablations, Pacemakers, ICDs, Biventricular (Bi-V) devices, AAA endografts, and peripheral interventions. Must adhere to hospital policies and be prepared for on-call duties, including weekends and holidays, with minimal supervision.
Job Details
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with on-call requirements two days weekly and every other weekend. Holiday on-call may be required.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience; certifications including BLS (AHA or ARC), and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI; familiarity with Siemens X-ray, McKesson Hemo, and EPIC charting. Must have license to submit; willing to wait for licensing if necessary.
- Skills and certifications required: NDMIRT, RCIS, or RT(R).
- Call and holiday requirements: On-call 2 days a week, every other weekend, with potential holiday call duties.
- Additional Information: Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility. The location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles. Prior experience at the organization is applicable if the end date was more than 6 months before submission date. This role involves working in an acute care environment with high procedural volume and requires adherence to procedural protocols and safety standards.
