Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Laboratory Technologist position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing peripheral and coronary angio, PCI, and pacemaker procedures within a cardiac/cath lab setting. The candidate will work day shifts and assist in procedures using specialized equipment, supporting patient care and procedural success.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 9 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 24 months of current Cardiac Cath experience, ARRT or RCIS certification, Iowa Radiology license highly preferred (applicants can apply at time of offer), active American Heart Association or ARC/Red Cross ACLS, BLS certification, proficiency in fluoroscopy, peripheral and coronary angio procedures, PCI pacemaker procedures, and experience with Impella, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS highly preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Equipment experience with Impella, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS, Iowa Radiology license (highly preferred), and prior travel experience (minimum one travel contract in the last 12 months).
- Additional Information:
- Candidates must have 24 months of recent Cardiac Cath experience.
- Must have proficiency in fluoroscopy and experience with peripheral/coronary angio and PCI pacemaker procedures.
- Experience with Impella and Acist Injector highly preferred.
- Iowa Radiology license is highly preferred but non-licensed applicants may be considered and can apply for licensure after offer acceptance.
- Should be comfortable working with specialized equipment such as Artis Zee c-arm, Impella, IABP, and Acist Injector.
- Orientation dates are scheduled for 10/5, 10/12, and 10/19.
- The assignment starts on 10/12/2026 and ends on 01/11/2027.
