Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist is a healthcare professional working in a comprehensive Cath Lab environment in Southwest Oklahoma. This role involves performing a variety of interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, stenting, thrombectomy, atherectomy, pacemaker insertions, and other diagnostic tests. The technologist will work an 8-hour day shift with rotating call responsibilities, assisting with procedure operations, patient preparations, and inventory management to support cardiac and peripheral services.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of cath lab experience, RCIS certification, current Skills Checklist pertinent to the specialty, two recent Supervisory Reference Forms, licensure and certifications including RCIS or compact BLS, and AHA ACLS.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Recent traveler experience and knowledge of operating various devices such as Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, Siemens Artis Zee C-arms, and Mckesson hemodynamic systems.
  • Additional Information: The technologist will rotate between scrubbing and circulating procedures, operating x-ray equipment, and assisting with pre- and post-procedure tasks, specimen transport, and inventory management.
