Number of Beds – 4 rooms, 1 patient per room
Number of Staff – 22, consisting of RN and Techs
Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift
o Night Shift – On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total
Patient Ratios – 1:1
Type of equipment – all Client rooms
EMR – Meditech and MacLab
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS, ACLS, ARRT and Cath Lab Tech Certification
Must be competent in Special Procedures & Client Innova
