Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring Cath/EP lab experience and MD or compact RN licensure.

Details

  • Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a hospital
  • Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts weekly, alternating/staggered between 7:00 AM-5:30 PM and 8:00 AM-6:30 PM
  • No block scheduling and no set schedule; rotating day off
  • On-call required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays with a 30-minute response time
  • On-call rotation is approximately every 4th weekend, equating to one weekend per month plus 1-2 weekdays
  • Uses EPIC EMR

Requirements

  • Active RN license (MD or Compact) required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years RN experience in Cardiac or Surgical ICU
  • Minimum 2 years of current Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (CVIL) Cath and/or EP lab experience
  • ICU experience required
  • Moderate sedation experience required
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Experience at a comparable facility size is required

Additional Information

  • Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
  • Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
