Job Summary
A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse is needed in a hospital setting to provide advanced cardiovascular care within a specialized unit. The role involves supporting complex cardiac procedures, including coronary interventions, structural heart treatments, and device implantations. The position requires working day shifts, with flexibility to accommodate extended hours or call as needed, supporting a busy, technologically advanced cardiovascular program.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours shift hours, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026, with potential call requirements with 30-minute response time and weekend work as needed.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory; proficiency with Epic charting system; valid RN license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with End-Tidal Carbon Dioxide monitoring, Cardiac Stent Placement, TAVR procedures, Pulmonary Embolization, and ECMO support; experience with complex coronary and structural heart procedures.
- Additional Information: The position may involve care for COVID-19 patients and requires adaptability to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Candidates must be willing to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. Local candidates will be considered at a lower hourly rate.
