Job Summary
The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified professional in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specialty for a position in Olympia, WA. This role involves working in a busy Cath Lab setting with a variety of interventional procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases, with additional responsibilities such as patient monitoring, sedation, and case circulation. The position requires a dedicated team member capable of providing high-quality care in a dynamic environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Clinical interviewing and second interview with the manager required. The position involves a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with weekday and weekend call responsibilities.
- Required Qualifications: RN licensure with BLS and ACLS certifications; minimum of 2+ years of experience, including Cath Lab experience; ability to read/interpret EKGs, circulate, sedate, and transport patients; BLS and ACLS certifications for RTs; ARRT or RCIS certification; State Licensure.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Impella preferred; IR and Hybrid room experience preferred; knowledge of EMR systems (EPIC), hemodynamic monitoring (Merge), and use of GE C-arms and MedRad injectors.
- Responsibilities: Read/interpret EKGs, monitor cases, assist with patient transport, and support within the department such as case scheduling and team collaboration.
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 6:30 am 5:00 pm, with a weekly minimum of 40 hours.
- Additional Information: Orientation will be provided, with IR experience preferred. The team operates 24/7 with on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays. Scrubs and lead are provided, and parking is free.
