Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN with at least 1 year of recent Cath Lab acute care experience for a 13-week travel assignment requiring a Colorado or compact RN license.

Details

• 3-room Cardiac Catheterization and EP Lab, no interventional radiology or structural heart program
• 10 FT staff on the unit
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call required Monday through Friday and weekends, averaging 8-10 call days per month
• Call team consists of 3 people (1 tech/2 RNs or 2 RNs/1 tech depending on staffing)
• Uses Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
• Performs coronary and peripheral angiograms, interventions, and device implants

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of current Cath Lab hospital acute care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Electrophysiology experience preferred
• Coronary and peripheral experience preferred
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Easy-going and flexible personality preferred, with willingness to take call
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
