Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring 1 year of specialty experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a 3-room Cath Lab suite with state-of-the-art equipment
• Perform a variety of Cardiovascular, IR, and Vascular procedures including EP cases
• Procedures performed Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM
• 13-week assignment with a 0700-1730 shift schedule
• No floating required
• On-call approximately 1-2 days per week and 1 weekend per month

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience required
• Critical Care and Trauma certifications preferred
• Strong clinical skills across a variety of procedures and patient types
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care for Cardiac, IR, Vascular, and EP cases
• Must work well within a team, communicate effectively, and stay calm under pressure
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Full COVID-19 vaccination required with no declinations accepted
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
